Steve’s Automotive Specialists has proudly served Utah drivers since 1977, delivering reliable auto repair rooted in family values, honesty, and community trust. What began as a small family-run shop has grown into a multi-location name along the Wasatch Front, with service centers in Salt Lake City, Sandy, Orem, Clearfield, Hyde Park, and Santa Clara.

Our Locations

As Utah grew, so did we. From Davis County to Cache Valley and down to Washington County, each new location was opened with one purpose: to provide the same dependable service Utah drivers had relied on since the beginning.

Today, many customers who remember bringing their first cars to us now bring their children’s cars, too. That continuity — generation to generation — is one of the greatest honors we hold as a Utah family business.

When Steve’s Automotive Specialists first opened in 1977, Utah’s roads looked different — fewer freeways, fewer cars, and far fewer driver-assistance technologies. But one thing hasn’t changed: drivers needed a repair shop they could trust.

Those values resonated with Utah families. From the earliest days serving commuters into Salt Lake City to becoming a go-to shop for vehicles traveling the Wasatch Front, our customer base expanded naturally — through word of mouth, neighbor-to-neighbor recommendations, and long-term relationships.
